My weekend began with dinner & drinks at Wahlburgers Friday night

Oh the conversations that were had that evening....
The signing on Saturday was my first ever...
The after party was crazy fun....

In the end I had a wonderful weekend, made new friends, and got to meet some fabulous authors....
Oh, and came home with an incredible haul....

I have not, but would love to go! I have a long list of authors I'd love to meet. My mom is at RT this week and I wish I was there!
ReplyDeleteI have never attended one, but I worked for a catering company that did the food for one. I met Ann Rule. She has been my favorite for years. I will miss her and her work dearly. (jozywails@gmail.com)
ReplyDeletei did attend one ( though not sure it would qualify as an event for you) patricia Briggs came in my country a few year ago near my birthday so i got to go as birthday gift.
ReplyDeleteSince i'm fan of her Mercy thompson series i was delighted but after reading about event in the State i got a littel disappointed for exampel we could only get one book signed ( one that has to be bought at the event so if you ahd several copy already it was no use), no swag at all and it was too short
still i'm glad to have met at least one of my favourite author but i would love to try an event in the states and i would love to meet nalini singh, anne bishop, ilona andrews and suzanne johnson
