Gabe, Jace, and Ash: three of the wealthiest, most powerful men in the country. They’re accustomed to getting anything they want. Anything at all.
For Gabe, it’s making one particular fantasy come true with a woman who was forbidden fruit. Now she’s ripe for the picking…
When Gabe Hamilton saw Mia Crestwell walk into the ballroom for his hotel’s grand opening, he knew he was going to hell for what he had planned. After all, Mia is his best friend’s little sister. Except she’s not so little anymore. And Gabe has waited a long time to act on his desires.
Gabe has starred in Mia’s fantasies more than once, ever since she was a teenager with a huge crush on her brother’s best friend. So what if Gabe’s fourteen years older? Mia knows he’s way out of her league, but her attraction has only grown stronger with time. She’s an adult now, and there’s no reason not to act on her most secret desires.
As Gabe pulls her into his provocative world, she realizes there’s a lot she doesn’t know about him or how exacting his demands can be. Their relationship is intense and obsessive, but as they cross the line from secret sexual odyssey to something deeper, their affair runs the risk of being exposed—and vulnerable to a betrayal far more intimate than either expected.

ReplyDeleteExcessive and crazy does not describe my Valentines past....simple and understated is more like it at our house. Lol.
A simple rose is still a thoughful & loving gift :)Thanks so much for stopping by Jane
DeleteThe crazy thing that I have done would be having a photo shoot done with 2 of my close friends and handing them to my boyfriend a gift. Nothing nude just seductive...
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like fun Beckey! Thanks for stopping by
DeleteValentine's Day for me has always been subdued and no gifts. Seems to be a day I always end up having surgery or tests done! But Last year, my husband surprised me with one of those life-size teddy bears. Where the heck am I supposed to put that after the fact! LOL
ReplyDeleteLOL! I'd killmy husband if he brought one of those home!!! Fn at first but yeah where to actually put it??? Thanks for stopping by Stacey
DeleteI was single but my best guy friend wanted to do something special for the day. I gave up coffee and chocolate for Lent (catholic) one year several years ago. He showed up to work that morning with my favorite cup of coffee and later that afternoon two dozen chocolate roses showed up at my desk. He forgot I couldn't drink the coffee or eat the chocolate. The idea was sweet but ugh worst ever because I couldn't have either. So that day all the girls at work got chocolate roses from my best friend.
ReplyDeleteI guess when they say it's the thought that counts this would be an prime example. Very sweet thought ;)
Deletesad to say i haven't anything crazy/bad or lame in the way of valentintes day gifts
ReplyDeleteI don't have any stories of bad or crazy valentines gifts. I don't feel that I am missing out though!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway :)

My worst was a Bath and Body Works set of lotions, etc. I'm allergic to anything perfumy and get massive headaches.

I think the craziest was going to Glamour shots and spending close to 300.. on pictures that well never get seen because they are packed away... Thank you for the giveaway and I would so LOVE to win the copy of Rush!!!!
ReplyDeleteangelalove40@gmail.com
I always wanted to do the Glamour shots although I never did, I think I am glad I didn't :)
DeleteI was fifteen. My boyfriend gave me an old cassette tape (yes, cassette) of some band I didn't like and can't even remember now, with a pair of crazy earrings that I think he stole from his sister or mother, and a sample perfume -which made total sense because I NEVER wore perfume. Maybe he was trying to hint that he thought I smelled. Ha!
ReplyDeleteI Can't think of any but I am allergic to followers so that never goes well!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the great giveaway. I'd love to read that book!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I cant think of any gifts like that.
Honestly never given or received anything extravagant. My bf and I agree to keep it simple, we just enjoy time together
ReplyDeleteWell not getting anything would be one and then getting yelled at that I was upset about it. But, that was before my hubby. So, we already know that, that guy wasn't worth it.

One year a guy spent around $80 for an arrangement of roses for me, but I already had a boyfriend! Poor guy I felt awful he spent so much :(
ReplyDeleteCaught my boyfriend trying to outspend the guy to show me he loved me more, and I told him, "No, dummy! I'm with you because I love you, not for how much you spend on me." Been with him for 15 years and we have a great son! :)

I had a boyfriend give me a necklace with my name and his engraved on the heart. Sweet right? He misspelled my name!
ReplyDeletegrapeapril75(AT)gmail(DOT)come
OOPS! My Uncle gave me one of those ID bracelets that were quite popular in the 80's....and he misspelled my name, really? my own Uncle! It's the thought & effort that counts.
DeleteMy Valentine's Day is generally made up of work as I do not and never has had a man on Valentine's Day. Here's to someday breaking that streak! Don't really have any gifts to speak of.
