Keeping Sarah is the 3rd book in a series. I believe there is enough background info written in the begining of this book for it to be considered a stand alone book. There is not a cliffhanger in the previous 2 books.
This story is an extremely hot MMF/BDSM/Menage/suspense with an HEA. There is lots of hot consensual lovin between Jesse, Adam, & Sarah. And there is some semi non-consensual interaction between other characters. The storyline does have some very harsh/dark moments.
I am usually one to have to go back and read the previous books in a series to get the idea of a story but, again that wasn't necessary for this book. I did enjoy Keeping Sarah so much that I have added Owning Sarah and Loving Sarah to my TBR list (you can find both of these books on Bookstrand here )
