The Magic Touch.....
To me, all books have a "Magic Touch"!
 Books are magic...
They take you away to an imaginary world all their own.

You can go back in time
Be a detective
Fall in love
Go to a new planet
Befriend a vampire

There are so many places to be & people to see when you read a book!

But, for today (and this hop specifically) let's talk literal magic....

One of the first books (series) I read that included literal magic was author Lauren Dane's Witches Knot series:

Triad  A Touch of Fae  Vengeance Due  Thrice United  Threat of Darkness         Celebration of the Dead

This series not only got me hooked on the "Magic" theme but also on Lauren Dane and almost anything she has written!

Now for some "magic" for you....

I am giving away a $10 Amazon GC so you can purchase some "magic" of your own!

Please fill out the rafflecopter form below for your chance to win
Then hop on over to the other blogs to see what "magic" they are giving away

  29. This is an awesome blog hop! I'm a big fan of supernatural books especially romantic ones. I love magic and I love that you never know what people's abilities are going to be. It leaves so much more open to guessing because the world that the author builds all of a sudden does NOT follow our world's rules. I love when people can listen to thoughts or move things with their minds. I also think being able to control other's emotions would be a handy gift. Probably my favorite books involving people with magic are 'Beautiful Creatures' and 'Poison Study.' It must be hard to be responsible for such power. I love when Lena from 'Beautiful Creatures' is trying to harness all she has. It's something akin to the awkwardness we all go through in middle school in which we are trying to figure out who we are.
Thanks for the giveaway and I'm gonna keep on hopping!

  42. I am not sure of what specific kinds to recommend but two that I like with magical themes to some degree (but they are not romance types, sorry) would be anything by Raymond Feist (earlier stuff like Magician but it's pretty heavy fantasy type), The Magic Kingdom of Landover series by Terry Brooks (just sort of really fun silly stuff), and for pure silly comedy with no other purpose than to laugh the stand alone book "Gil's All Fright Diner".

Thank you for the chance to enter the giveaway! Have a great day to you all!
