Fat Louise

Biker Bitches # 2
Jamie Begley
Releasing Jan 23rd, 2015
Young Ink Press

She needed a hero; instead, she got Cade.

Cade was no hero. He was a nomad, a wanderer with no ties and he liked it that way. Hired out to save Fat Louise and her spoiled sister from a cartel run Mexican city was a risk he was willing to take, for the right price. With a certain gray eyed woman on his mind, he sets out to find her, fuck her and forget her. No harm, no foul. But it's all easier said than done when it comes to this plain Jane.

He expected a biker bitch who knew the rules; instead, he got Fat Louise.

Fat Louise wasn’t about to put her crew in danger. She had to learn to handle problems on her own, even if they included a six-foot biker she was forced to rely on, if she was going to rescue her sister. She never expected to see Cade again after she'd left Mexico, but all it takes is one night with him to prove that even a bitch’s heart can be broken.

"I was born in a small town in Kentucky. My family began poor, but worked their way to owning a restaurant. My mother was one of the best cooks I have ever known, and she instilled in all her children the value of hard work, and education.

Taking after my mother, I've always love to cook, and became pretty good if I do say so myself. I love to experiment and my unfortunate family has suffered through many. They now have learned to steer clear of those dishes. I absolutely love the holidays and my family puts up with my zany decorations.

For now, my days are spent writing, writing, and writing. I have two children who both graduated this year from college. My daughter does my book covers, and my son just tries not to blush when someone asks him about my books.

Currently I am writing five series of books- The Last Riders, The VIP Room, Predators MC, Biker Bitches, and The Dark Souls.

All my books are written for one purpose- the enjoyment others find in them, and the expectations of my fans that inspire me to give it my best.”

The Vamp of Vancouver - Liz Meldon

~ Synopsis ~

The Vampire of Vancouver (Lovers and Liars, #2)

Aphrodite, goddess of love and lust, is not impressed. After giving up her penthouse suite in trendy Manhattan to go monster hunting around the world, she finds herself in a sad hotel room in Vancouver with a decidedly distracted Loki. She hadn't expected this job to be so serious, and her Norse partner isn't exactly bowing to her whims these days. What was the point in coming with him if they weren’t beneath the sheets all hours of the day? It seems like such a waste of sexual compatibility. Humph.
Meanwhile, Loki, Norse trickster, is equally unimpressed. He hadn't thought taking a beautiful partner along would make his work so difficult. Her unfocused energy grates on his nerves, and his lust for her is only surpassed by his desire for more godly power. He will complete this job, whether she likes it or not, and he’ll walk away one step closer to regaining his old abilities. Now, if only he can get his partner to focus on the task at hand, not seduction. Ridiculous woman.
Aphrodite and Loki, an unlikely team if there ever was one, find themselves in the City of Vancouver hunting vampires. The job is pretty straightforward: rescue the damsel, kill the monster. Unfortunately, even the easiest of jobs hardly ever go according to plan.

Ice Cold by Cherry Adair - Review

Ice Cold
T-Flac/Black Rose trilogy #3

T-FLAC operative Rafael Navarro will never allow another woman to suffer the consequences of his dangerous life. But in a world where a terrorist can do more damage with a keyboard than a bomb, he needs the expert help of a cyber-geek. And fast.

Fellow operative, and cybercrimes specialist Honey Winston prefers computers to people. But when a serial bomber threatens the world’s financial infrastructure, she’s forced to work closely with Navarro, whose notorious skill in the bedroom is as legendary as his dexterity defusing bombs.

Honey and Rafael must fight sparks hot enough to melt their resolve, and push beyond fear itself, as they join forces in a bid to race the clock before a sinister and lethal bomber proves just how much they both have to lose.

T-FLAC is back, and the timer is counting down in the most pulse-pounding explosive op yet—

Review:

Ok, let's just talk Rafael.....Damn that man is written well! He can diffuse my bomb anytime! Honey is way more complex than you might think in the beginning, there is so much more to her than just a pretty computer geek.

As I have said before, anything having to do with a T-Flac book is full of action, adventure, let's go save the world, all while maintaining that sexual friction between characters, and Ice Cold is right up near the top of my favorite T-Flac books!

Now a resident of the Pacific Northwest she shares the award- winning adventures of her fictional T-FLAC counter terrorism operatives with her readers.

Cherry settled in beautiful San Francisco, where she started what eventually became a thriving interior design business. "I loved being a designer because it was varied and creative, and I enjoyed working with the public." A voracious reader when she was able to carve out the time, Cherry found her brain crowded with characters and stories of her own. "Eventually," she says, "the stories demanded to be told."

When asked why she chooses to write romantic action adventure, she says, "Who says you can’t have adventure and a great love life? Of course if you’re talking about an adventurous love life, that’s another thing altogether. I write romantic suspense coupled heart-pounding adventure because I like to entertain, and nothing keeps readers happier than a rollercoaster read, followed by a happy ending."

Popular on the workshop circuit, Cherry gives lively classes on writing and the writing life. Pulling no punches when asked how to become a published writer, Cherry insists, "Sit your butt in the chair and write. There's no magic to it. Writing is hard work. It isn't for sissies or whiners."

A corner desk keeps her focused on writing, but the windows behind her, with a panoramic view of the front gardens, are always calling her to come outside and play. White Heat by Cherry Adair - Review

White Heat
T-Flac/Black Rose Trilogy #2

Back Cover Copy

The last person on earth that art restorer Emily Greene wants to see is the devil-may-care Max Aries. She hasn’t forgotten (or forgiven) the way Max dropped into her life a year ago, stole her heart, then vanished without a word. But the prodigal playboy returns with shocking news: His father’s recent death was no suicide, but in fact murder . . . and Emily’s life is also in danger.

Intel from Max’s control at the counterterrorist organization T-FLAC reveals that the Black Rose terror cell is involved: a chilling revelation that elevates the threat level almost as high as the sexual tension bristling between Max and Emily. Max isn’t about to take his eyes off her─though only partly for professional reasons─and Emily finds it increasingly difficult to deny her feelings for him.

Crisscrossing Europe and piecing together tantalizing clues to a sinister plot, Max and Emily must put their lives on the line . . . and still be ready when the heat between them flares white hot.

Review:

When I think of an art restorer, I kinda think of a quiet, mousy, geeky, type girl. Those words do not describe Emily! She is smart, beautiful, and willing to try anything at least once, and once was not enough when she tried out Max!

Again, Cherry Adair hit all my favorite marks with this story. Edge of your seat intrigue, mystery, and of course lots and lots of action-both in bed and out of it!

I also love reading a series where we can get a glimpse of characters from past books and see what they are up to now. Those T-Flac Guys & Girls always have interesting things going on.

Hot Ice by Cherry Adair - Review

Hot Ice
T-Flac/Black Rose trilogy
Cherry Adair

Back Cover Copy

Diamonds–jewels of every kind, in fact – are Taylor Kincaid’s best friends. The only thing she enjoys more is the challenge of stealing them, at which she excels like few others in the world. And specializing in plundering precious stones from wealthy international criminals just makes it all the more satisfying . . . and dangerously exciting. So for Taylor, there’s no resisting the double allure of snatching the elusive Blue Star diamonds – a prize she has pursued across three continents – from the South American stronghold of the murderous Morales terrorist organization.

The heist goes down without a hitch. Until Taylor discovers she has made off with more than she bargained for, namely the secret security-system codes that provide access to a South African diamond mine–packed with enough gems to sink a battleship. Suddenly, Taylor’s no longer just an ultrachic freelance jewel thief, but a reluctant player in a high-stakes cat-and-mouse game against elite global trouble-shooters and bloodthirsty terrorists.

There’s nothing reluctant, however, about Huntington St. John, the top T-FLAC operative who’s hot on Taylor’s trail. And in Taylor’s opinion, just plain hot. The feeling, emotional and otherwise, is very mutual. Though they’re on opposite sides of the law, Hunt and Taylor swiftly come to appreciate each other’s well-honed skills. But since ecstasy is fleeting, and diamonds are forever, Taylor soon slips from the sheets and hits the streets . . . to reclaim the jewels she stashed overseas. And true to his name, Hunt is close behind–but this time, he’s after more than the codes. With the clock ticking, and two groups of terrorists closing fast, they’ll have to mix pleasure with some very risky business. If they can survive danger at every turn, outwit the ultimate high-tech security system, and somehow conquer each other . . . they just might get everything they desire.

Review:
Non-Stop Action, Adventure, & Hot Lovin' what more can you ask for in a fantastic book?!

Taylor is good...real good...so good she keeps giving Huntington St John the slip every time he gets too close. But, in the end, Hunt is even better and finally catches up with Taylor and the codes he and his team need to diffuse the situation. Working side by side they use their skills to help save the world.

I love a book that keeps me on the edge of my seat through out the entire story and Hot Ice did just that!

Review:

Can you say....Hot enough to melt my Kindle & my panties!

I have read every book Eden Summers has written, and they are all cold shower inducing, in need of more batteries, fabulously fantastic reads, but, Shot of Sin, that is absolutely THE hottest book by far!

Leo & Shay in the closet...'nuff said! (yeah you will have to read it-I'm not telling)

This book follows Leo & Shay's story, although we do get hints of Leo's partners at the Vault, Brute and T.J. and I can't wait to read more about them. Shay works for Leo and his partners as a bartender in their nightclub Shot of Sin. She has a thing for her boss, but has never really crossed the line..until now. When she does cross the line, she crosses it by miles! Shay discovers her inner bad-girl with the help of Leo and his very private club, Vault of Sin.

A Review of Watch Me by Cynthia Eden

Watch Me…
The first book in New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Cynthia Eden’s sexy new romantic suspense series…DARK OBSESSION.

He was hired to protect her.

Watching gorgeous Gwen Hawthorne wasn’t a hard job—but it certainly was tempting. Chance Valentine had tried to keep his distance from the sexy socialite for years, but when her father hired him to keep watch on her—as a twenty-four, seven bodyguard—Chance knew his control was about to be pushed to the limit.
He’d never wanted another woman the way he desired her. Hot. Intense. Consuming.  Being so close to Gwen, Chance knew that he wouldn’t be able to resist her.  So he gave into his need, her need, and he took them both to the edge of a dark and consuming desire.
But Chance soon realizes that he isn’t the only one watching Gwen.  Someone else is out there, a stalker who won’t rest until Gwen is destroyed.  Every day, every moment…Gwen is in danger.   And Chance knows that if he can’t unmask the stalker, then he may just lose the only woman he has ever loved.

Review:

This is the first book in the Dark Obsession series, and what a book it was! I am addicted to romantic suspense books and this one fed that addiction perfectly.

Watch me was a super sexy, edge of your seat, non-stop action, give me more please, kind of book. Chance and Gwen have a history, Chance stepped away because he was the hired help. He is back and he isn't the hired help any more! You can feel the chemistry between these two as you read along and when an author makes me feel just by reading his/her printed words, then you know it's a fabulous book.

Thank goodness I don't have to wait too much longer for the next book!
